Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Deployku’s websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By:

  • Creating an account

  • Accessing the Platform

  • Using any feature or service

You confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

2. Changes to Terms

Deployku reserves the absolute right to:

  • Modify, amend, replace, or update these Terms at any time

  • Do so without prior notice, unless required by law

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

3. Platform Role Disclaimer (Critical)

Deployku operates solely as a technology platform.

We:

  • Do not provide teaching, coaching, tutoring, professional, or advisory services

  • Do not employ, endorse, certify, or guarantee any user

  • Are not a party to any agreement between users

All interactions, transactions, classes, bookings, and communications occur strictly between users.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities conducted through your account

  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and lawful

Deployku may:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion

  • Do so without liability and without prior notice

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Deployku a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Host

  • Store

  • Display

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Use for platform operations, analytics, marketing, and improvement

Deployku is not responsible for user-generated content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or quality.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or exploitation

  • Circumvent fees, payments, or platform safeguards

  • Interfere with platform security or operations

Deployku may take any action it deems appropriate, including permanent account termination.

7. Payments & Financial Disclaimer

  • All payments are processed via third-party providers

  • Deployku does not guarantee payment success, timing, or availability

  • Fees, commissions, or charges may change at any time

Deployku is not liable for:

  • Payment disputes between users

  • Chargebacks

  • Failed transactions

  • Currency conversion issues

  • Tax obligations of users

8. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Deployku makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Accuracy of content

  • Availability or uptime

  • Results or outcomes from platform use

Use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability (Very Important)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Deployku shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage

  • Financial loss, lost profits, or business interruption

  • Data loss or security breaches beyond reasonable control

  • Disputes, misconduct, or negligence between users

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Deployku in the past 12 months, or SGD 100, whichever is lower.

10. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Deployku, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your content or actions

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Disputes between you and other users

11. Suspension & Termination

Deployku may:

  • Suspend or terminate your access at any time

  • Remove content

  • Block access permanently

All without liability and without obligation to provide a reason.

Termination does not affect provisions that survive by nature, including:

  • Limitation of liability

  • Indemnity

  • Governing law

12. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services.

Deployku:

  • Does not control these services

  • Is not responsible for their actions, availability, or content

  • Disclaims all liability arising from their use

14. Force Majeure

Deployku is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • System outages

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Internet or infrastructure failures

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable:

  • The remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deployku regarding Platform use and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
